Job Purpose

The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, assisting clients with banking queries, and providing accurate information about Capitec products and services. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls promptly and professionally

  • Assist with account queries, card issues, and mobile banking support
