Job Purpose

The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving account-related queries, and providing accurate information about banking products and services. The successful candidate will ensure that each customer interaction meets high service standards while complying with company policies and financial regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming customer calls professionally
