Job Purpose

The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, assisting with banking inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about financial products and services. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service at all times.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally

  • Assist customers with account-related queries, card issues, and online banking support

  • Provide information on loans, savings accounts, and other banking products
