As a Clicks Shop Assistant or Cashier, you will assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain store standards. You will also support health and beauty departments while delivering excellent customer service.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with purchases and product advice
Operate the till and process payments
Restock shelves and manage product displays
Maintain cleanliness and store standards
Promote store products and specials
Handle customer queries professionally
Support pharmacy staff when required (non-medical tasks)
🎯 Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric preferred for most roles)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
