REST IN PEACE: 30-Year-Old Woman Dies After Alleged Stabbing by Boyfriend 💔🕊️

Lerato Itumeleng, a 30-year-old woman from Mohlakeng near Randfontein, Gauteng, has tragically died following an alleged attack in which she was reportedly stabbed by her boyfriend.

According to information surrounding the case, Lerato was allegedly attacked and stabbed by her boyfriend on 1 August 2026. She sustained serious injuries and later passed away as a result of the alleged attack.

Her boyfriend was arrested in connection with the case and has since been released on bail. The circumstances surrounding the case remain subject to the legal process, while Lerato's family continues to seek justice and hopes that the matter will be properly pursued through the courts.

Lerato celebrated her 30th birthday on 30 September 2026, almost two months after the alleged attack. What should have been a special milestone for her and her loved ones instead came during an incredibly difficult period for the family.

She leaves behind her three-year-old son, grandmother and two brothers, who are now faced with the heartbreaking loss of a beloved daughter, mother, granddaughter and sister.

Her death has left her family and those who knew her mourning a life that was tragically cut short. For her loved ones, the pain is made even more difficult by the circumstances surrounding her death and their ongoing pursuit of justice.
